The Got ADHD, Now What? Adult Group Coaching Program is geared to give you a fast start on managing your ADHD and getting on track with what you want for your life.  The program is held virtually or in-person, which means you may attend from wherever you are in the United States!  The program is interactive and includes a combination of education, group discussion, built in coaching support and accountability. You will learn strategies and approaches that work for you to be successful and to experience more joy and peace in your life.  Plus you will have specific action steps for you to work on between sessions. Mid-session check ins by phone are designed to help you stay on track with completing your action steps. Choose the approach and group that works best for you.  For virtual participants, your group session will be recorded for your replay if you unable to make a session. For in-person participants, you are always welcome to make up missed sessions with another in-person group as needed.
